1. Information we collect

When sending a quote request, you provide your name, email address, city, your vehicle’s year, make and model, and the service requested. You may also provide a phone number, your vehicle’s condition and details of your request. We may ask you to send photos by email if needed. If you contact us by another means or book through Setmore, the information you share in those exchanges may also be used to respond to your request.

Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

2. How the quote form works

When you submit the form, your information goes to FormSubmit, which forwards it to fuziondetailentreprise@gmail.com. The website does not store it in its own database. A confirmation appears when the service accepts the request. According to its documentation, FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days; your email provider and ours also apply their own practices.

3. How we use information

We use information received to assess the work, prepare a quote, contact you, schedule an appointment and provide the requested service. We may retain exchanges relevant to customer follow-up and administrative obligations. Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

4. Who handles the information

Information is available to FuzionDetail personnel who need it to handle your request. It may be processed by providers needed for communications and service delivery, including FormSubmit for forwarding the form and email providers. If you book through a Setmore link, you leave our website and the information you provide there is subject to Setmore’s privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on the services used by these providers, information may be processed or hosted outside Québec. You can contact us for further information about a disclosure of your information.

5. Retention and protection

We retain information as long as needed to handle your request, follow up on services and meet applicable obligations. We then delete or anonymize it when those purposes no longer apply. We limit access to people who need it and take reasonable measures to protect exchanges. No electronic transmission method eliminates every risk.

6. Website visits and external links

The quote form does not place advertising tracking cookies on this website. Exchanges with FormSubmit are governed by that provider’s practices. Website hosting may generate technical data needed for operation and security, such as IP addresses and access logs. Links to Setmore and social media lead to independent services with their own policies.

7. Your rights and contact information

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a complaint about how it is handled. For requests or questions, contact the person responsible for protecting personal information at FuzionDetail at fuziondetailentreprise@gmail.com or 514 926-0335. We will handle your request under applicable rules. You can also contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our practices or tools change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest update. We will notify you of changes as required by applicable rules.
